Tell us about the venue

Send the address, the date, and a description of the space. We confirm it fits and send you a quote. No site visit needed.

We set up and stay

We arrive early, build the bay, calibrate the launch monitor, and run it for the whole event. Setup takes about ninety minutes.

Everyone plays

Famous courses, closest-to-the-pin, long drive contests, or team scrambles on the screen. Beginners and kids included.

Will it fit your space?

Four things decide it. If you are unsure about any of them, put your best guess in the form and we will work it out with you.

  • 12 ftCeiling height Measured to the lowest obstruction. Beams, fans, and light fixtures count. This is the one that most often rules a room out.
  • 16 × 16 ftFloor space Level ground for the bay, plus a few feet behind it for the operator table.
  • 1 outletPower One standard household outlet within reach. We bring the extension runs. Generator setups are possible outdoors.
  • Ground levelLoad-in A clear path from where we park to where it goes. Stairs are workable but we need to know in advance.

Outdoors works, and most of our events are. We need dry, level ground. Rain calls are made together, the morning of.

Common questions

Can you set up outdoors?

Yes, and most of our events are outdoors. We need level ground and somewhere to run power. Grass, turf, pavement, and covered patios all work.

Do you provide clubs?

We provide Top Flite right-handed clubs as standard. Left-handed and junior sets are available on request, so tell us in the form if you need them. Guests are welcome to bring their own.

How many people can play?

There is no cap on how many guests you can have. One person swings at a time, so it is a question of hours rather than headcount. We rotate roughly ten to twenty through in an hour, more with a contest format than with full rounds.

What happens if it rains?

We make the call together on the morning of the event. If we cannot set up or run safely, you are not charged, and your deposit is refunded or moved to a new date. A pause for a passing storm is not a cancellation.

Do beginners enjoy it?

They are usually the ones who stay longest. The screen gives instant feedback on every shot, and we can run closest-to-the-pin or long drive instead of a full round so nobody needs to know the rules. We are happy to share a few tips as you go.

Is someone there to run it?

Always. A team member stays for the whole event to run the software, reset contests, and help guests who have never swung a club. You are not left with a laptop and a manual.

What equipment do you use?

A Garmin Approach R50 launch monitor running GSPro, the ball-tracking software that runs the game. Every shot gets ball flight, carry, and club data on screen, plus a high-speed replay of impact.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry one million dollars per occurrence and two million aggregate in liability insurance, and we can send a certificate of insurance on request.
